Ice to the top, 50 ml gin, a cold can, a strip of peel.

Aperitivo or zero-proof

Big wine glass, ice, 50 ml aperitivo, top with a can, add a wheel.

Vodka or zero-proof

Line a tall glass with a cucumber ribbon, add ice, 40 ml vodka, top up.

Tequila or zero-proof

Salt half the rim, add ice and 50 ml tequila, top up, add rosemary.

Dark rum or zero-proof

One big cube, 50 ml dark rum, top with a can, squeeze in lime.
